Joanne has 15+ years experience in operations, trade planning and human resources in various types of organizations. In addition to having completed her certification in coaching, Joanne has also completed her PhD studies in Organizational Behavior with a specialization in coaching and mentoring. Currently, she is a professor and higher education instructor for Swiss and American universities.

Working together we will fuse our balance of academia and practical business experience to work with organizations in developing collaborative, sustainable and high-performing company cultures through coaching, mentoring, training and consulting.
