Having spent many years holding managerial positions in various size organizations, I have acquired strong business acumen and gained practical experience in processes related to people development, such as coaching, mentoring and training. My training competencies had been further enhanced through over eight years of working as a Professor and Instructor for Swiss and American Universities.

My scientific interests revolve around organizational behavior, communication, development, coaching and mentoring processes, which I believe are vital to the success of any organization.
